'Natural pain management' will always make sense...

E-mail Message:

If you have a pain, it is a given that you have to do something about dealing with it and assuming that the pain you are suffering is not too severe, the chances are that you will do what most would in the same circumstances, turn to the home medicine cabinet to see what pain killers you have.

If however you were aware of some of the worst potential side effects of even the most common household pain killers, I suspect that you might not be quite so quick to use them.

For example, most people have used that hoary old standby, the aspirin, from time to time which makes a lot of sense in practical terms. After all, you can buy them in any convenience store and they've been around in something very close to the modern format for over 100 years, so they've got to be safe, right?

To a large extent, yes, of course they are safe for most people but aspirin does act as an anti-coagulant so using aspirin increases the risk of both internal and external bleeding. But going beyond this, a significant number of people develop allergies to aspirin and as many as 10% of asthma sufferers will develop an allergy that makes their condition significantly worse.

And then you have Reyes syndrome which causes multiple organ failure, especially of the brain and liver and can be fatal.

All of these side-effects can be caused by the humble aspirin with a similar picture emerging when you consider other widely used and readily available analgesic painkillers such as paracetomol (Tylenol) or ibuprofen, both of which come with an 'X-rated' list of nasty side effects attached.

I'm not bringing all of this to your attention in an effort to worry or scare you, but rather to highlight the fact that there are risks attached to using drug based painkillers. And as there are plenty of extremely effective natural alternatives available, these are risks that you do not need to take.

This is something that has been brought home to me in no uncertain terms from an excellent new e-book that I have just read called 'Natural pan management'. The book details lots of different ways that you can deal with pain completely naturally which of course means that it really is possible to banish the risk of possible sides effects pretty much completely.

This is a book that everyone should read because we all have pain from time to time, right? It's a natural part of life, but it is not one that we naturally enjoy so why put up with it?

You don't have to of course, but getting rid of pain naturally is the only sensible way and you must know how to do so for your own sake and that of your loved ones around you. Grab your copy of 'Natural pain management' today, because it is sure to make a significant difference to the way you manage pain in the future

'Natural pain management' is smart pain management

E-mail Message:

If you have pain - and we all do from time to time, it's a given - it is probably not something that is especially welcome. If you are anything like me, you probably find that any time something happens that causes pain, it is always at exactly the wrong moment - you get a slight pull just before the biggest game of the season, for example - so you need to do something about it, something that is quick and effective.

Like most people, you probably break out the aspirin in this situation but this is not the smart way of dealing with pain at all. All it does is what we in the West are very good at doing when it comes to medical matters - it masks the cause of your pain rather than treating the cause of it, which cannot be the best way of going about things, can it?

This is why you need to adopt a whole new approach to pain management, a natural approach that does not rely on chemical based drugs to control pain. This is very firmly highlighted in the excellent new pain management book that I have been reading called 'Natural pain management' because as the writer points out, the Western approach to pain management (as it is to most aspects of medicine) is completely reactive.

However, if you adopt the smart approach to pain management, the natural approach, then you take the idea of dealing with pain to the next level of sophistication and intelligence by adopting a pain management strategy that is both reactive and proactive.

This latter factor is critically important because if you focus on preventing pain happening in the first place as well as dealing with it should it arise (as it inevitably will from time to time), then you have a complete natural pain management program in place.

This is exactly the approach that you will discover in 'Natural pain management', a smart combination of proactive pain management techniques together with effective methods for dealing with pain when it strikes without resorting to chemical based drugs with their attendant risks of unpleasant or sometimes even dangerous side effects.

There is no sense at all in taking risks when you don't need to, and believe it or not, the risks associated with taking chemical-based analgesics can be quite significant. On the other hand, learning about natural pain management means that the element of risk associated with getting rid of pain is effectively minimized or removed, so having your own copy of 'Natural pain management' is something everyone should do...

What are Signature Ads?

Have you ever received an email from someone and below their name there was a line or two that also served as some type of advertisement? Well, those are Signature Ads, also known as "Signature Files."

They are AUTOMATICALLY INSERTED into every outgoing email that those people send.

Signature files are also very popular to use when posting to a forum. Most forums don't allow advertisements in the body of a post, so using a signature ad is a way around that rule.

You should insert one of these signatures to the bottoms of all of your outgoing emails. Just go to your email preferences, copy and paste one of these signatures to your emails and watch your sales skyrocket!

Banner ads are one of the BEST ways to promote any site since they are colorful, flashy and fun to look at. Simply place them somewhere visitors will see and click on them.

The most common size for a banner seems to be 468 x 60 pixels, but that doesn't mean other sizes can't be effective as well.

You can either:

1.   Add one or more of these banners to your website
2.   Submit these banners in banner exchange programs
3.   Use them as advertisements
4.   Or use a combination of two or more of the above

Natural Pain Management!

Article Content

Everyone has physical pain from time to time, it is just a natural part of living which unfortunately cannot be avoided completely.

However, the upside is that 95% of the time, the pain that we suffer is not so terrible or acute that we need medical attention for it. The vast majority of aches, pains and strains that afflict our lives can be dealt with without serious medical intervention, often at home, which means that natural pain management becomes a realistic option.

However, many people who have never considered using natural pain management strategies might wonder how effective they are or whether they as individuals are suited to dealing with pain naturally.

After all, most of us are used to turning to analgesic drugs such as aspirin, paracetamol and ibuprofen whenever we have a pain to deal with, so it is quite natural to question whether natural pain treatment methods could be as effective as drugs like these. Moreover, these drugs offer convenience and simplicity as well as being available almost everywhere so you might once again question how natural pain management strategies compare.

The simple answer is that many strategies for dealing with pain naturally compare extremely favorably with using analgesic drugs and of course, they do not have any of the potentially unpleasant side-effects of using these drugs either. And whilst the majority of people can take analgesics without major side-effects, there is always a side-effect risk no matter who you are or how often you have taken these particular medicines before.

You might also think that the potential side-effects are likely to be extremely minor but in fact, in some situations, nothing could be further from the truth. As a simple example, it is estimated that 10% of asthma sufferers are likely to develop an allergic reaction to aspirin, ranging from mild to severe, a condition known as anaphylaxis which can in the most extreme circumstances prove fatal.

Taking paracetomol puts you at risk of suffering gastrointestinal bleeding or liver damage which could again prove fatal in a worst case scenario. There is also some evidence that people who take paracetamol become more prone to depression, which is one of the reasons why paracetamol overdoses are the most common form of attempted suicide.

Add to this 'black picture' the fact that even ibuprofen is not perfectly safe (the risk here is Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) and you are probably beginning to understand that even seemingly harmless analgesic painkillers are not anywhere near as benign or innocent as they might at first appear.

It is therefore extremely fortunate that many natural pain management strategies are highly effective, because they do at least give you an option which you know does not have potential adverse side-effects.

Also, if you choose to handle pain naturally, it has another advantage in that it is not all about being reactive, dealing with pain when it hits you. On the contrary, many natural pain management strategies are proactive in that they are focused on preventing pain happening in the first place, rather than dealing with it when it does.

In any form of treatment or medicine, prevention is always far more effective and desirable than treating the condition once it occurs.

Hence, using natural pain management techniques is a highly effective way of dealing with pain, something that I would thoroughly recommend you try next time before popping the top off the aspirin bottle.

In its basic form, a Blog is an online journal, but over the course of the past few years, the popularity of blogs has exploded and blogs are now used as marketing and promotional tools as well.

Blogs allow just about anyone to publish articles and information that is accessible across the Internet.

Due to their particular systems, Blogs can enhance the likelihood of search engine algorithms picking them up and making them easily indexed and searched.

Although this may sound complicated, a deeper understanding of how they work is NOT required to enjoy their benefits.

Blogs are personable and individualized. They are meant to be written as thoughts and reflections and not as newspaper articles or school essays. Most blogs are even written in story form.

I've provided a Blog Post that you can post everywhere you possibly can. Unlike everything I've posted for you so far, I encourage you to personalize this blog post. It'll make it much more effective.

Why 'Natural pain management' is always your #1 choice

Article Content

If I were to tell you that there is a perfectly ordinary household medicine that you probably have in your cupboard right now that can cause a potentially fatal condition that is characterized by severe damage to many internal organs, primarily your brain and liver, you would probably think twice about taking it, right?

After all, even though the number of people who will be affected by this particular condition is very small, popping a pill that could cause something this serious (it does not get much more serious than fatal) would still represent a risk that is not worth taking, correct?

Step forward the common or garden, everyday aspirin!

Yes, believe it or not, aspirin has caused a condition called Reyes syndrome in some people who have taken a tablet for a headache or some such, and you can be pretty sure that they never realized they were taking such a risk when they did so.

Okay, what if you don't use aspirin, because you've heard that paracetamol is safer? It may be, but there is some evidence that paracetamol (or Tylenol) can cause severe liver damage which in a worst-case scenario might be fatal, so there is no way that you can realistically say that these aspirin-alternatives are a great deal safer.

Perhaps your analgesic painkiller of choice is ibuprofen? This one might not carry quite the same risk of killing you but gastrointestinal bleeding does not sound particularly attractive, not something that I would imagine most people would voluntarily choose to endure.

The long and short of it is, all analgesic painkilling drugs carry some risk of serious adverse side-effects. Whilst these side-effects are only ever going to be exhibited by a very small percentage of people who take these drugs, nevertheless, there is always a risk which is moreover a risk that you do not need to take.

This is why it is essential that you grab your own copy of 'Natural pain management' which is an e-book that I have just finished reading. As the title would suggest, it is a book that details many different ways of dealing with pain naturally, which as pain is something that we all suffer from time to time makes this a book that has a great deal of value to everyone.

One lasting impression that I got from reading 'Natural pain management' is that whilst medical science deals with pain on a reactive basis, natural pain management is all about being proactive, preventing the pain ever starting rather than dealing with it after it has.

This makes a great deal of sense because if you can make appropriate lifestyle changes that minimize the chances of suffering pain in the future, you also minimize the level of risk you are taking even if you choose to deal with pain using analgesic drugs.

However, the book goes further by suggesting that there is in fact no need to use analgesics, because there are plenty of natural substances - herbs and the like - that are often every bit as effective as analgesics. Hence, by combining proactive techniques for preventing pain happening with using only natural substances to deal with pain when it (inevitably) hits us from time to time means that you might be able to throw away the analgesics forever.

We all get pain from time to time, so everyone needs 'Natural pain management'. Grab your copy today to start learning how to deal with pain completely naturally right away.

A "sponsored ad" is an ad that appears at the very top of an ezine. Although there are lower spots available, sponsored ads are the most effective since they are seen the most.

A sponsored ad is always seen and it is the first communication someone sees and reads immediately upon opening an ezine.

Sponsored ads by definition must be small (usually not to exceed just a few short punchy lines of text).

A great place to run a 4-line sponsored ad is at MBP Advertising.
